Who Should Attend OTA 301?
The Operational Technology Assurance (OTA) course series benefits individuals working with operational technology (OT) in secure environments. Designed for both technical and non-technical staff—from beginners to those with some OT security experience—OTA 301 emphasizes practical OT security through hands-on assessments of real-world mockup systems.

OTA 301 Course Prerequisites
Prior to attending OTA 301, all participants are expected to establish a Learning Nucleus account and complete the OTA 100 online course offering. Upon confirmation and acceptance of your registration, participants will also be required to complete the OTA 301 Prework module, which provides additional context for the OTA 301 experience. The prework module is sent to all registered participants roughly one week prior to the first day of class.
OTA 301 Schedule
Classes begin promptly at 8am on Tuesday. All attendees are expected to arrive at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory Badging Office at 7:30 a.m. to confirm vetting for access to the PNNL-Richland campus for the duration of your stay.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are full days that typically run from 8am to about 5:00 p.m. Friday will be a half day and ends around noon.
Lunch is provided for all OTA attendees on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
